A Christmas tale for 3 – 6 year olds with original songs to sing along with!
Always ready for an adventure, Flora has packed her bag and set off for the North Pole to visit Santa. But poor Santa has a problem – his sleigh can’t fly without magical fairy dust, and there’s not a pinch to be found so close to Christmas!
Only Flora can save the day. But she’s not the sort of girl who likes to wear a pretty dress, a sparkly wand, a beautiful tiara, or any of the other things that make a good fairy. Though with the help of her little friends who have come along for the ride, Flora will learn that there’s more to being a fairy than just looking the part.
Flora was a huge hit at The Citizens theatre during Christmas time 2015. Written by Andy McGregor with Marianne Yeomans. The show received magical reviews, including 5***** from The Herald who called it, "A dream ticket for the 3-6 age group." And, in another 5***** review, The Stage said it was "Perfectly pitched for younger audiences."
